From September 25-28, 2024, the 29th International Conference of the International Maritime Lecturers Association (IMLA) took place in Istanbul, Turkey. George Gabedava, an Associate Professor of the BNTU, participated in the event.

An undergraduate student in BNTU's Maritime Navigation bachelor program, will attend the Maritime Faculty at Istanbul Technical University.
