VIII International Scientific Conference
On June 24th, 2024, the VIII International Scientific Conference „Sustainable Transport Systems and Maritime Logistics“ ISTSML 2024, commemorating the International Day of the Seafarers, took place at BNTU.
The conference was dedicated to modern trends in the maritime sector, as well as socio-economic development and management issues. The conference was opened by the BNTU Rector, Parmen Khvedelidze.
The conference opening was attended by the Director of the Maritime Transport Agency of Georgia, Aleksi Akhvlediani and Deputy Director, Kristina Rzgoeva attended the conference opening. Mr. Alexi Akhvlediani greeted the conference participants and wished them success.
Participants in the conference included representatives from both local and international universities.
The conference participants who were successful received a certificate of participation, and their papers were published in the conference materials collection.
