ERASMUS+ Exchange Program Competition for Administrative Staff

In the context of the Erasmus+ exchange program, a competition has been announced for the administrative staff of Batumi Navigation Teaching University to participate in mobility at the partner European University, the "International University of Transport and Logistics in Wroclaw" (Poland) for the spring semester of the 2023/2024 academic year.

The Erasmus+ Exchange Program for International Administrative Staff Mobility covers travel expenses and provides scholarships, the amount of which is determined in accordance with Erasmus+ guidelines and the legislation of the recipient country.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a full-time employee of Batumi Navigation Teaching University during the competition and mobility period.
  • Provide a letter of prior consent or invitation from a representative of the relevant department/service at the host university during the mobility period. This requirement is waived for applicants whose selected host university does not request such a letter during the competition period.
  • If the candidate has previously participated in the administrative staff exchange program, at least 6 months must have elapsed since the last mobility application with the same content (including administrative staff mobility) at the time of submitting a new application.

Interested administrative staff must submit the following documents in English:

  • Copy of international passport;
  • EUROPASS CV;
  • English Language Proficiency Certificate/Certificate (Minimum Requirement B2 Level) - An internationally recognized certificate, an English language proficiency certificate from a university, or a diploma certifying completion of an English language program;
  • Certificate from employer (in English);
  • Mobility agreement signed by the immediate supervisor at the home university;
  • Prior consent letter from the relevant department/service representative of the host university (email consent is sufficient);
  • Letter of recommendation;
  • Georgian language documents must be translated into English and notarized.
  • The duration of mobility is 7 days.

Important points to note:

Only complete applications will be considered. Sending necessary documents for the competition in stages is not permitted. In such cases, the candidate will be automatically disqualified.
